Hey, I'm Dusty.

I'm a 25-year-old entrepreneur from Cherry Valley, Illinois. I run Catalyst Financial Group — an independent life and health insurance brokerage — and Dusty Wash, a local exterior cleaning service in Northern Illinois. On the software side, I'm building NootStack, Dusty Flow, Dustipedia, and TeeSeed.

Before all of that, I cut my teeth running an Amazon DSP — managing routes, drivers, vehicles, and margins. That's where I learned how operations actually work: the spreadsheets behind the spreadsheets, the morning huddles, the difference between a plan and a process. Service businesses don't lie to you.

I'm a self-taught developer. I treat AI like a force multiplier, not a replacement — Claude Code is my daily driver, and it's the reason one person can ship across this many domains without the work falling apart. The goal isn't to build a fund. It's to build useful things, in public, for as long as it stays interesting.
